• For angle bending with leg out, the radius or diameter is usually specified as measured from the inside leg.
• For angle bending with leg in, the radius or diameter is usually specified as measured from the outside of the vertical leg.
• For angle bending with heel in, the radius or diameter is usually specified as measured from the inside apex of the angle.
• For angle bending with heel out, the radius or diameter is usually specified as measured from the outside apex of the angle.
• When bending angles heel up, the radius or diameter is usually specified as measured from the apex of the angle.
• Particular attention should be paid to the angle bending of unequal leg angles. You must specify short leg in, short leg out, long leg in, long leg out. Otherwise the radius or diameter of such rolled angles is usually specified as measured just as the corresponding equal leg angles.
• Angle bending as small as ½ x ½ x 1/8 to radii as tight as 1-1/2 inch in all the orientations listed above is a common service we provide.
• Our angle bending capabilities go as large as 10 x 10 x 1 to tight radii or large sweeps, again in all the orientations listed above.
• We regularly stock rolled angle rings in diameters from 3 inch to 72 inch. Special rolled angle rings can be produced in one or two days.

Plant and machinery facilities commonly contain large amounts of equal angle steel. They’re used in ships, railroads and all across the industrial industry. Unequal Angle Steel

Unequal angle steel, on the other hand, has different side lengths that can commonly be seen with the naked eye. It can generally be supplied in American standard, Japanese standard or Chinese standard based on sizing proportions. Length will generally range between 6 and 12 meters.

Unequal angle steel bars can be used in a variety of applications as well. It’s common in large projects, and will frequently be found in areas like workshops, bridges and vehicles that require uneven support in certain areas. It can also be used for certain kinds of construction, and many smaller unequal steel angle products work as basic structural components.
